We love him.
I had an appointment and a short wait before seeing Giles. He was extremely professional, asked the right questions and did a careful examination. He made the proper diagnosis and provided me with the next steps to my recovery. Very satisfied with his level of care!
Disappointed in the care I received. I waited 2 hrs even though I had an appt scheduled for a less than 5 min visit, no tests, no antibiotics just “wait it out”. Instead of recommending something he said if I feel like it’s needed he’d do a test…I didn’t feel like I should be making that choice as a patient. Ended up in the ED a few days later.
