we waited over 40min for our dinner it took about 20min to get our drinks. The food was over cooked 😖
I wouldn’t waste my money new ownership has a new menu and the food if you can call it that is not even palatable. They also charge for refills I did not ask for a refill but the waiter asked us and never informed us of the fact and when I called them on it I was told it’s on the menu. Beware not the old Gilded Otter.
The Food .. Roast Beef is NOT supposed to be Gray
Recommendedthe service is always courteous and accommodating. Last night, we dined up stairs and watched Rahmir climb those stairs about 25 times with large trays of food. He did this with such grace and amazing speed. oh yes and he had a smile on his face. shout out to Rahmir for an excellent job!Impressive work!!

We’ve been going for years!! Went last weekend and it was TERRIBLE. Hamburgers and sandwiches were ordered. Typically, you’d get a nice roll, we got like shoprite 99 cent potato buns that got super soggy and took small for the sandwich. I ordered a burger with sautéed onions and got french onion soup on top of my burger. It was beyond saturated and impossible to eat. Not what sautéed onions are suppose to be. Menu has changed. Went last night for my fathers birthday we looked the menu up online prior to going once arrived half the things weren’t on the menu that they had on their page! Our waitress was probably one of the worse waitresses I have ever had she came to our table a total of three times we had to walk to the bar to ask for refills on drinks because she never came to check on us the meatloaf was absolutely disgusting when she finally came to our table and we told her how horrible the meatloaf was all she said was “oh okay” not can I get... read more
