RecommendedReally enjoyed the terrific food.
Lunch was excellent. Their Clemson Brothers Mango Beer was excellent
dont change anything...dont mess with success...they dont care cause the tourists and SUNY parents will keep them in $$; bring back otter fries(last night I had horrible cod and greasy fries;crappy burger!) We always went to Otter with friends and family...good prices and good beer(not 13 oz IPA's!!)...doubful about it being a go to place for locals anymore! Happy Hour used to rock...now it sucks!
we waited over 40min for our dinner it took about 20min to get our drinks. The food was over cooked 😖
I wouldn’t waste my money new ownership has a new menu and the food if you can call it that is not even palatable. They also charge for refills I did not ask for a refill but the waiter asked us and never informed us of the fact and when I called them on it I was told it’s on the menu. Beware not the old Gilded Otter.
The Food .. Roast Beef is NOT supposed to be Gray
the service is always courteous and accommodating. Last night, we dined up stairs and watched Rahmir climb those stairs about 25 times with large trays of food. He did this with such grace and amazing speed. oh yes and he had a smile on his face. shout out to Rahmir for an excellent job!Impressive work!!
