This store is a must visit for me whenever I am in the area, even if all I do is feast my eyes and drool. I have purchased gifts, candles, paintings, decorative objects, Hermès scarves, etc. and love them all. The staff and owner are knowledgeable, professional, warm, welcoming and a joy to deal with. Buying antique furniture online when you can't see it in person can be nerve-wracking, but Olivia at Gilded Age made it easy by answering all my questions and providing great service. My midcentury sideboard arrived in perfect shape, and I could not be happier with it.
