So I bought a house they renovated…. Then sold to me… they seriously laid vinyl plank flooring over the top of tile, didn’t level out the floors, knew that light switches and plugs didn’t meet the code (but did it ok enough to passed inspection), they took out load bearing outdoor beams (that has been the best considering the foundation issues!) they did a renters style paint job, did I mention they didn’t follow building code for electrical, they didn’t fix 90% of the issues including bathroom vent fans, actual roofing trus... read more
