I had some warranty work done. Christy was my service writer. She was awesome. My part was on backorder they had my vehicle for over a month and I was upset they couldn't get my part sooner. She kept checking to see when my part was to be in. It was my only truck I had She was apologetic and kept me from being upset with GM. She kept me up to date with what was going on.
