Nickolas was communicative and helpful before I even arrived for our appointment. He dealt with an unexpected situation only an hour before our meeting time and made sure I was in the loop when there was a very small delay. Nickolas Joseph was persistent but not pushy, knowledgeable and fully invested in our experience from the very first text message.
