Absolutely would not recommend. Can’t imagine going in and people not being professional when you’re spending your hard earned money. This is for the service department specifically. Did not use our extended warranty forcing me to deal with it. Our warranty company specifically told us to have them attach our rental car receipt and they wouldn’t do that for us and were completely disrespectful about doing so. Great service, waiting are is comfortable
I had a great experience coming back for my oil change, customer service was top notch by Vanessa Williams. My only complaint would be I live over 2 hrs. away from the dealership and they are the only option for my 2 oil changes a year. it would be nice to have it done closer to home.
