Thank you Zach “Duck” Davis and team. I would absolutely come back, and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family if they asked. I had a good experience and got a fair deal from some honest folks. They are a dealership, they will try to sell you things… but we felt no pressure and left happy with exactly what we wanted.
Came in with my sister and her daughter. Service guy was great but the check out lady with dark hair was rather rude.She was talking bad about the service in front of guests to other staff. saying things like "the writers don't know how to do their jobs you always have to watch them because they don't know what they are doing and they don't care about anyone else in here" this is absolutely not ok considering the service staff are great people and her tone/attitude especially in front of guests inappropriate.
I HIGHLY recommend working with NICHOLAS JOSEPH... He is definitely a WHOLE VIBE! He listened and was transparent, patient as he went over the process to make sure I understood everything before signing. There was no tacky sales pitch, no rush or trying to convince me into anything I didn't want, in fact he got me exactly what I wanted!! Great guy!! Thank you Nick!!
First off shout out to Zach for being an amazing and patient sales rep. Given this was my first car purchase Zach was able to help me choose the vehicle that fits me and something I can use for years to come. He was fair and I’d choose him to speak to when needing help in getting any vehicle. I thank him and Gilchrist auto shop for their service and providing outstanding customer service.
