Great experience, super nice staff and super helpful
My dad was assigned CenterWell for his home health several years ago. The nurse we had was great. Very kind and very compassionate and very helpful. However, the therapists and company as a whole were very disappointing. We had OT & PT for a short time, but they were not dependable, prompt, or knowledgeable. The therapists might show up once a week (if lucky) and stay for maybe 15 or 30 minutes. Although the company advertises they are "on-call 24/7," they are NOT.
