Omg the double seafood chowder was amazing and so was the Lobster BLT!!!!
Stopped in for chowder but so happy we got the fried whole belly clam appetizer and corn on the cob! Chowder had a lot of seafood but bland flavor base. Clams and corn were delicious! Staff was awesome. I would try clam chowder next time. Definitely recommend for a casual yummy lunch.

We were sat fairly quickly by the host. He was friendly and obliging. He cleaned a table so we could sit. Then we waited for 30 minutes. A waitress never even came to our table to ask our drinks or give us a menu. We had paid $8 to park for one hour and would have never been able to finish in that hour and I wasn’t willing to pay another $8 not knowing how long it would take to even get a drink.
We highly recommend Gilbert's. This was our first time here. Our server Hillary was amazing. The food was outstanding. When we return, we will visit again.
