This is a hidden gem by Jackson's Memorial Hospital. Currently having only Burger King and Subway as an option, Gilbert's bakery is fantastic. Great home made soup, salads and everyone is super kind and polite!!!

Orders over the phone are indeed tricky but everything has a solution and if you were not happy when you picked it up, it could have stayed a little longer for our decorators to get the colors the way you wanted. Can you give me the date of your pickup and the store so that I can look into that further?
This is by far the best bakery in Miami. The prices are a bit high but well worth it. Its like the old adage you get what you pay for...
I bought a Chicken wrap at the airport and was inedible. Not only that, when I asked the assistant if maybe it could be spoiled, the manager came and treated me with a very nasty attitude.

I'm new to the area of Coral Gables and I was looking for a bakery near by, I went in it was busy, I stood in line for 10minures waiting my turn. I wasn't aware that there was a ticket you had to get when you walk in. WHY? Because their ticket machine is BARELY NOTICABLE IN THE REAR OF THE STORE! Other customers that go there regularly were yelling for me cutting in line?? Wtf Iwas WAITING FOR 10MINS BEFORE THEY GOT THERE. The staff was not helpful either. I was so appalled.
