RecommendedWhat has happened to the 'famous' over stuffed pastelitos de guayava y queso that Gilberts used to be famous for? Today i went to the Brid road store and bought some pastelitos, croquetas etc. for breakfast. The croquetas were cold, the pastel de guayaba y queso should have been called pastel SIN guayaba y queso...there was nothing there, literally could not find any filling...not just one, all three of them! Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed in Gilberts!
I went today to buy a birthday cake for one of my colleagues at work and I noticed that the AC is not working I don’t know how they could run a business without no AC it is extremely hot I had to open the door so to let some air come in the poor employees that have to work under this condition is not acceptable take actions and fixing this situation immediately

Speaking about the bakery on 57th and bird. Everything tastes old, stale, and too salty.
The people behind the counter at the MIA airport don't seem to have any basic customer service skills, they seemed to be more concerned about gossiping rather than at least making eye contact when handing me my food, and acknowledging my thank you ... The food was mediocre... Between the service and the quality of the food, this location is giving Gilbert's a bad rep... Disappointed
