Worked with Don Gilbert and he is wonderful
My husband went in for a simple hearing test requested by the VA and instantly after leaving he had pain in his ear and it felt like swimmers ear when he called and asked if this was normal they told him yes some discomfort was normal if it persisted to come back in. We went back in this morning after a weekend of pain and They were extremely rude to him and told him that nothing was wrong with him. Horrible attitude towards him!!!!!
charged our card and wife never had the hearing aides. then he said he would knock 500.00 and additional I yr warranty. already supposed to have a 3 yr warranty
Very expensive and they don't freely disclose all the details of Warranty and replacement. Don't always find the best solution for the elderly. Might as well by from manufacture as your getting limited service for the extra cost. $5000.00 for two aids 1 year replacement coverage? Wow!
