I moved here to finish school, only to have bed bugs after 3 months of moving in, having never had them in my life. My apt robbed once my truck twice. They got two spare tires and tried to break into my tool box last night. But PEM (The owners of this crack shack called Gilbert Square) will NOT get security cameras. They will buy plants and lawn chairs but no cameras. Cars are stolen here on a monthly if not weekly basis. The helicopter is overhead more often than not. Repairs were slow and incomplete. They kept my deposit illegally. Many drug dealers reside there, and so does a sex offender. The only star they get is because there were no bedbugs.
if you want to have any peace or sleep at nite do not live here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The apartments are beautiful and the office staff is very welcoming
We have been here 4 months so far and we have decided to renew our lease & make it a years lease. We have lived in a house for so many years I didnt know how it was going to be but the "Girls" in the office have made us feel so at home here. They are so amazing and they get things done when you need them done. You couldnt ask for better people. Im so glad we picked Gilbert Square.
