I'm a two-time oral cancer survivor who needed a feeding tube surgery. Dr. Simoni did the surgery. He tightened the button on my feeding tube too tight and it caused a skin ulcer that took 7 weeks at the wound clinic at the hospital to close. Once closed I requested a low profile feeding tube. Dr. Simoni is a very knowledgeable doctor. I had a pre/initial visit before prepping for a wellness colonoscopy. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Simoni, for he and his staff communicate well, and are thorough. The “Christmas colonoscopy”’in December, went very smoothly. I felt good walking out of the office, and my system was back to normal within 24 hours. The visit was great! Dr Simoni, as well as the personnel in the GI office are personal and take detailed attention to my needs and answered all my questions.

This is the doctor to go to. Knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. I was nervous at first but he put me at ease and he has wonderful staff and a clean office. Highly recommend.

I would give no stars if I could. Dr is ok but the office and billing practice is atrocious. when I went for a procedure, I was not told that they were not contracted with any insurance company. So I paid what conveniently was my 10% had they been contracted. 6 months later, I receive a bill for $798. I called and was told that they are not contracted and this is my balance. The gal said every patient is told they are not contracted and the amount is $750. No one has returned my calls

Not so sure about this Dr.s knowledge. After multiple tests diagnosed my daughter with Chrohns, so we got a second opinion with a world renowned Dr. at USC, and he said he did incorrect tests and the wrong medicine and didn't take enough of a biopsy to even test for what they were looking for. I would not trust him.

He is a excellent and caring physician, On the day of my clonoscopy he noticed a problem, he knew I have cancer but wanted to make sure, therefore send me to lab and demanded a result immediately, and once he was sure he arranged other specialist and surgeon and recommended I should have surgery as soon as possible, 5 months since then and I am in excellent condition and he does follow up and his staff are all great people.

Had a Tiff procedure on Feb 15th and still recovering. Dr. Simoni is a fantastic Gastro doctor and lead me through the whole process step by step. His office personnel are also top notch.

My endocrinologist informed me I may have a liver/pancreas problem; I saw Dr. Simoni to get his help. He ordered an abdominal MRI and other tests. But when I went back for my results, he would not see me. His staff informed me I should see a different gastroenterologist; I was discharged from his practice. He would not tell me my results and has not made them available to other doctors. It turns out I have a life-threatening tumor on my pancreas. Dr. Simoni has been unethical, in my opinion.
