No, they never mentioned anything about child safety or nutrition Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Not really, they could be much more patient Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
The office was filthy, they didn't have a changing station and would not allow me to change my child causing diarreah to get everywhere. They did not wash their hands after cleaning up said diarreah, or before examining my child, and stuck my child in a trash can causing her to panic. I would recommend against them just on the cleanliness factor alone, but the treatment of my family was appalling, and I'm having my insurance provider ban them from their network.
One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They are extremely reliable. They always have an answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
