Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was this provider's office too cold? We enjoy that this provider does not push when it comes to personal parenting decisions like home birth and vaccinations. We appreciate that our opinions are important to them and that we will not be accused of being bad parents if we do not follow all of their suggestions. They have very reasonable pricing since we are self pay and they do not over treat our son or perform unnecessary procedures. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.
