Lived in a 2 bed for a whole year, they were amazing and so quick to fix any issues. The transfer to my new unit was quick , easy and they have been so accommodating !!! Highly recommend this complex and I won’t be leaving any time soon 🥺🫶 the community is so great as well!!
Management SHOULD NOT ALLOW maintenance workers to be HAMMERING THE FLOOR ABOVE ME AT 7AM! This is NOT AN EMERGENCY OR REGULAR MAINTENANCE. No one is living upstairs… SO WAIT UNTIL THE OFFICE OPEN AT 9AM AT LEAST!
I just wanted to share my experience with Syd, who helped me rent my apartment at Gilbert Greens Apartments. She has been incredibly friendly, professional, and provides excellent customer service. I’ve been living here for about six months now, and I really appreciate how close it is to my workplace. Syd was a pleasure to have in the Gilbert Greens office during our tour of a unit. She went above and beyond being patient with a smile while explaining in great detail all options available to my senior mother for move in. Great customer service and very personable.
