My roommate and I are moving in to Gilbert Greens next month and I have to give kudos to both Carla and Brynnen! Searching for a new apartment & signing a new lease can be stressful, but these two have made it extremely pleasant and easy. Smells and limited privacy
Brynnen has outstanding customer service. She is super helpful, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of and that residents are happy. Thank you for everything you do!
I’ve been living in my apartment for about a month now and I’ve had such a wonderful experience so far! The community is always clean and well-maintained, which makes it really enjoyable to come home to every day. My apartment itself is beautiful and feels like the perfect space for me. Ya know...the owners, new, are just rude. The hot tub, freezing for over a year. They want to change to more profitable place. The renters are angels and so fun and respectful. The Gilbert Greens Apt team, yuck.
