My roommate and I are moving in to Gilbert Greens next month and I have to give kudos to both Carla and Brynnen! Searching for a new apartment & signing a new lease can be stressful, but these two have made it extremely pleasant and easy. Carla is always happy to let us come by and see the model apartment again. They both are wonderful to work with and we are so excited to move into our new apartment at Gilbert Greens. Thank you both SO MUCH!
Love my apartment bc it feels safe and they have let me make it my own. I think this older construction is really something because I know I have lots of neighbors but you just do not hear them. You just dont. It's nice. The hot tub is and has been out of commission for months but we've been told it is being addressed. My 800sq ft, 2bd, 2bath apt feels great. I do schedule my showers around my upstairs neighbors but they're so friendly and respectful. Most of the appliances and fixtures are new and look great. Really adored ... read more
The staff is just so wonderful.
Just wish the hot tub was hot vs freezing...not sure why they run the bubbles.
Happy Thanksgiving giving, my stove went out last minute befor the holidays maintenance was on point ,and polite Jose was very professional and helpful, but after hours maintenance guy (Danny) come out and really fixed the problem Anyways all was fixed and the holidays are on Thank u to gilbert greens and happy holidays
