Well I signed my 3rd year lease. First I want to acknowledge the maintenance crew. They maintain this complex and respond to our needs immediately. So appreciated. Now there’s Syd and Anna. Again this complex is not small but Syd and Anna make sure that the complex’s residents are taken care of. They are both (Syd and Anna) wanting this complex to be maintained and they do an excellent job at it. I appreciate both of you.
Not having a assigned parking is not super wonderful but it works. Everyone here seems to understand and help each other out and everybody waves and says hi. They really enjoy living here one because management keeps it clean and well manicured also addresses your concerns in a very timely manner..and keeps you updated with what's going on, whether if they're working on the water if something looks suspicious, they're aware of what's going on with their property and I like that. 1102, I could never have chosen a better place to have lived in! When I chose this place the previous manager was Carla and she was friendly, wonderful and very helpful. There was a previous issue with getting info from the previous apt I was living in and she was helpful and patient with the issues they were giving in order for me to move in. My daughter and I moved into Gilbert Greens in November and the move in process was smooth and painless. The amenities are great, we love the pool, jacuzzi, and we love cooking on the charcoal grills! Management has done a wonderful job with their communication and overall kindness and caring for us, treating us like family! Anarely was great during move in day, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the property manager, Syd has been. Happy to call Gilbert Greens home!
When we first moved into Gilbert Greens, we loved the front office and were greeted by kind loving individuals who truly cared for the well being of their tenants. Since then we have dealt with nothing but stingy, greedy, manipulative people who only cared about our money and not about our needs. They only care about the money you’re giving and show no sympathy. After living there for 3 years I can honestly say that I am in a so much better place in our new apartment.
