Gilbert was first class from start to finish. He understood our needs and listened patiently each time we spoke. He checked in often to give us status updates, and he offered excellent suggestions on how to stage our house, when to list, which price range to list, how to attract buyers, etc. He gave his expert opinion on a range of listing prices, but ultimately allowed us to determine the final price. Gilbert was amazing throughout the whole process. Gilbert from the beginning set expectations and came with proper market analysis based on our area. I wasn’t sure if we would be able to sell our house in a timely manner as our neighborhood had many other houses for sell for months. Gilbert was able to get a contract written on our house in under a month. Gilbert is a professional through and through. He’s patient, available, effective communicator, provides good, honest advice.
