I wish I could give zero stars. Gwendolyn Daniels Challenger, associated with this practice, has demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism as a medical provider. Her office is consistently rude, unresponsive to urgent medical documentation needs, and dismissive when follow‑up is required. The overall experience has been stressful, disorganized, and far below the standard of care any patient should expect. Save yourself the time and frustration of dealing with Elevate Health.
His assistants hardly answer the phones..not dependable...wait process in getting treatment to another facility is terrible...
