So appreciative of Debbie and the other managers at Gilbert and Sons. I went in to collect an item but the staff that we're assisting me were unable to locate it. Debbie very kindly contacted me to say that she did still have the item in stock and that due to the inconvenience of driving up from Pinjarra for it, she would supply the item to me at no cost.
