My husband took me to Gilardis on our first date in 2011. We then went after we got engaged and every anniversary since then. We always reserve table 1. Unfortunately, last night they had someone sitting at “our” table, in-spite of reserving it, when we got there at our reservation time. 😩 However, the food was still delicious and we had a great time anyway!
Gilardi’s provides a quaint atmosphere allowing you to celebrate your special occasion or just have a night out. The food is fantastic; prepared to perfection and presented with an artistic flare. The service was very attentive and considerate-a well functioning team, catering your needs and desires. This is a wonderful Italian fine dining experience for Springfield.

We had an amazing dinner with family in from out of town. Everyone, even those with the pickiest of palates, found something that they absolutely loved!!! We had several of the specials (smoked trout dip, salad with sweet Vidalia onion dressing, salmon) and several items from the menu. They did a great job also with a gluten free meal for myself!!! We can't wait to come back!
