Do not get Gilardi for a injury claim attorney if you work for the railroad you will get talked into taking a low ball settlement for a back injury believe me I know
I worked at Penn Central-Conrail & NS Railroad for 37 1/2 years. I was told by my Union to ask for Mr Gilardi to represent me. For Repetitive Motion & injuries incurred while working. Long story short , I only had 3 years to get something done. I kept in touch as much as possible with no answers. I'm not sure what to tell anyone seeking Mr Gilardi's help. But don't let time run out and be your misfortune.
