How about the immediate termination of Robert Wilcox, M.D. and Okay Odocha, M.D for their involvement in the rape of Mr. Eckert? Worst of all you are now billing Mr. Eckert and even threatening to take this innocent man to collections for his failure to pay for "medical procedures" your facility performed on him against his will!
I just read about what Gila Regional staff members did to Mr. David Eckert, at the behest of the police and without medical consent. And now you're BILLING him for these invasive procedures? Procedures which, as they were conducted against his will, without medical consent, and in a humiliating manner, amount to torture. I can't imagine your docs were taught in medical school that this behavior conforms to the Hippocratic Oath.
Not only do they forcibly perform 8 medical procedures based on an illegal warrant, (As in not legal for their county) against the protestations of the patient, they then bill the person they forced these unwanted procedures upon.
All I want to know is one thing... When you looked for narcotics in Eckert's bowels against his will did you at least do him the luxury of checking for colon cancer... you know two birds one stone?
Rapists. I hope every doctor involved and their immediate superiors permanently lose their licenses. Without exception.
