Sketchiest company I have ever seen. Charged me for services in my rental property that were never done. Got my house back in very rough shape. Would not trust them. In response to the owner: this did indeed happen, I don't simply "have an axe to grind". I have screen shots of the email chain with one of your employees if you would like me to post? Or I can call you directly. Also searching through your reviews there are several one star reviews that you seem to best try and dismiss. This is also a red flag for a company.
Absolutely the worst choice for a landlord and even worse for the tenant. Don’t waste your time or money, complete scam.
If you are reading this, I hope it is not too late and run as fast/far away as possible. They sent the tenant agreement (for an acreage west of Balzac) for us to review after successful credit checks (deposit was also requested). Unfortunately, the contract had typos, contradictions, poor formatting and didn't reflect the terms we discussed during the viewing. Because we had comments and possible corrections, they canceled the application entirety and without warning.
In our humble opinion, the absolute worst property management company we have ever worked with, embarrassingly incompetent and morally bankrupt. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Kristi and Jen, start to finish the ball was dropped so badly, it resulted in the Alberta Courts recently finding numerous serious substantial breaches of the RTA. Very happy with Gil Properties and the management services they provided to me. Kristi made things easy and gave me peace of mind with renting my home. Should I need PM services again in the future, I will contact this company again.
