How come this agency still open? The owner is scumbag with lot of lawsuits on the record against him, for deliberately changing rates and blame it on inflation. Insurance commissioner should look into this agency’s business schematic practices. Stay away as far as you can from these thieves.
The end of January I had a valve on my dishwasher bust and flooded my kitchen and basement while I was away on vacation. After getting hold of Gil and his office they sent out an adjuster Dale that helped me in every aspect of the recovery of my kitchen. I have never had any issues as the first time homeowner and Gil / dale/allstate all helped me out on getting through this stuff and it was such an easy transition from flooded kitchen to complete repair and replacement. Been asking them every year to stop sending me bogus insurance solicitations. Pretty sure we’re on year 3 and 3 attempts to stop and they won’t. Office rep who answered wouldn’t even tell me when the agency principle will be in the office. They also never told me they record calls which is illegal in Massachusetts. Extremely poor business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Many laws broken by them.
