Instructions can be confusing. Better communication is key here. Make sure you know what you are loading BEFORE you load. We had the same issue last fall. Had to unload half loaded trailer.
Very rude and unprofessional. I misunderstood their loading process for a alfalfa that was given to me by one employee. When I was ready to pay another employee took the time to explain to me how the process works I acknowledged I made a mistake and apologized for it. When at the window to pay out comes this lady which I was informed was the boss and I qoute in a rude tone "what didnt you understand of what she told you" I tried to give my explanation but she just ignored me and left me half sentence and walked inside.
