Just had two girls tell me I couldn’t buy hay because my vehicle had a camper. Very rude and unprofessional.
I have dealt with all the girls in the office and have never had them be rude with me they have been more than helpful to me in many situations..koodos to you girls..and just remember we all have had bad days here and there..don't take it personally..just my opinion. Good job gigli.

I've been getting my hay at Gigli's for years. A great family business with great people. Pilar and Denise even watched my 5 week old daughter in the office while I got my load of hay. Talk about great customer service! Love them!

Again, More rude treatment. When I could not get someone to come to the front window, I loaded my hay and came back to pay. As I was getting chewed out for this, I was trying to explain to them that I had tried. When I asked them to please stop being mean to me, I was asked to leave and never come back. I do not understand why people have to be so mean. The lady that asked me to never return, identified herself as the owner.
