I have been there several times and have never gotten a bad cupcake. The decorations are fantastic...
Have been to GiGi cupcakes several times and had a good experience. Walked in tonight no one came to the counter. Came looking for the summer favorites but the shelves were pretty bare. Only 4 to 5 different cupcakes and most of those were plain flavors. I waited atleast 5 minutes....mqde some noise but still no one. Someone else came in the store and a sales associate came out. Never apologized for the wait. I asked if there were any other cupcakes.....she looked unsure and eventually said what you see is what we have. Good... read more
My newest addiction
I am extremely disappointed with my experience in the store. When I placed an order and paid for the specified cupcakes in advanced, I was told by the sales associate they would be available for pick up on the day of my event. On the morning of my event I was informed my order was unable to be completed and I would need to come into the store and select new cupcakes.
