The cupcakes were delicious, the service was subpar. We entered and one of their staples is greeting everyone by saying “Welcome to Gigi’s” and as silly as it sounds I was excited to be greeted that way and was not. The lady working barely smiled at my fiance and I and quickly asked what we would like. As soon as she rang us up, she walked into the back and disappeared for the duration of our stay to eat our treat. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Unfortunately, we were gathering samples of three local top cupcake vendors for a future bride to taste for her big day and they didnt make the trip. A little icing on the bottoms help hold them in place. This was the celebration box $20:( It was a disappointment, we had heard great things but if they cannot travel we cannot use them.

RecommendedI pulled in to Gigi's on the way out from my ultrasound, wondering if they could make me some last minute gender reveal cupcakes for my kids and me. The owner was so friendly and accommodating (and excited), she said she could make them while I wait. My kids LOVED the cupcakes, which were delicious and adorable. I'd love to post a video here of them enjoying the surprise!
Their cupcakes are gorgeous but even more delicious than they look! Always fresh, creamy, and dreamy. I love their new flavors every month and I havent met an employee yet that wasnt super cheerful and happy to help with any questions. 10 outta 10, will always go again!!!
RecommendedDelicious cupcakes!! Gigi’s is a franchise and has a “delicious” reputation. If you haven’t had the cupcakes here, this is a MUST go-to place in Charlotte. The shop was recently taken over by new ownership and I can’t even begin to describe the AMAZING customer service that I received from the owner.
