Hi Maggie! Oh my gosh, what happened? Please come by today and trade that box for a new one! Or we will be happy to give you a refund. You have to be very careful with the minis during transportation. Sometimes they topple over in the box f you don’t keep it completely flat. Regardless, come see us today for an exchange or Sunday morning for a refund ❤️ I’m not there today to issue a refund (Cassie/manager) but I will be there tomorrow! And we have the phone number listed on the Facebook page!
