We buy Gigi's when our kids are home from college. They love them! Service is always very good. I have never experienced what other reviewers said about the service...
I live over a hour away so I don't make it to GIGIs often. Their cupcakes are amazing! You just can't buy one. I didn't get the lady's name yesterday but she was super sweet.
