Not the best cupcakes I've ever had. The cake was dry. The vanilla frosting was good though. I don't think I'll go out of my way to go here again.

Very rude girl working the counter Saturday June 10th at 6:50pm. No greeting,very short and unfriendly, rushing our selection. So we opted not to spend a dime. I think she was more concerned with her male visitors in the store than customer service.
Excellent quality cupcakes. Friendly staff. I was in town for my husband's job and searched local cupcake bakeries, decided to stop there, and was happy I did. Will definitely make sure to stop in again when I return to Charlotte. I saw someone who used coupons. Is there a way I can receive coupons in the mail?
I absolutely LOVE Gigi's WEDDING CUPCAKES!! That's why I go about 3xs a month...but today 6-10-17 @ 6:50 the customer service was unacceptable to anybody let alone a paying customer, the young lady was so rude we just walked out....very disappointed and I had been waiting all week to get my cupcakes...smh
Thank you Denise for a beautiful and delicious graduation cake for our daughter. Everyone asked asked where it was from as they ate every last bite. You all were easy to work with, convenient for pick-up and delivered a great product. Thanks!
