I usually like Gigi’s. Today I arrive at 7:40 pm and they were closed. Posted hours says they are open until 8 pm. I was very disappointed and will not return again. There were still cupcakes in display.
Such great customer service and high quality products done to perfection in taste and appearance!

I had a terrible customer experience this past weekend. There were three different types of cupcakes available that all looked like white cake with white icing so I asked the lady about the differences. Her exact words were “honestly they train us on some big speech but I have no idea. The birthday one is usually what people buy for someone’s birthday.
