I can't thank this lady enough that worked there. She has helped my daughter's boyfriend out in any way she can. We were going to get something at Eligible Arrangement but they refuse to open the door when they were there and the hour sign said they are open.We knock and everything else, they fail to open and help.So we went to Gigi's Cupcake. She did an amazing job.My daughter loves it and said it was so delicious.
I contacted Gigi’s (upon recommendation) from out of state to get a surprise baby shower cake for my brother and sis-in-law. The owner Sheila contacted me immediately and corresponded with me via text until the day of the shower. I shared few pictures and she delivered exactly what I had ordered. Although I didn’t get to taste the cake everybody at the shower apparently loved it! Thank you for great and prompt customer service. Will definitely visit when I’m in the area!
I’m not a person to write reviews however I’m all about customer service. My daughter loves Gigi’s cupcakes. She loves the HUGE swirl of icing and the colorful combinations. I go in all the time just to buy 1 cupcake to make my girl smile. Order the same confetti cupcake numerous times and request adding a “J” for my daughters name. However, I will NOT be back. Absolutely LOVE Gigi’s! Halie and her mom are so wonderful! My fiancé and I are using them for our wedding, and they have be so nice and helpful to work with. They’ve helped and worked with us so much, and they were so nice the whole time. We have been so preoccupied that we forgot to turn in our order by the deadline. They were very understanding. Staff was very friendly and a lot of variety to choose from! Everything looked so good!
