My wife and friend had a very rude experiance the afternoon of 9/26/2014 with one of the workers. We will not be back and I will share this experience with everyone we know. We have never had issues with this store before...

There was some confusion due to the fact that the person who ordered the cupcakes was not the one who was picking them up, and the method of payment given at pickup was in the form of a check which we are unfortunately unable to accept. We apologize for the behavior of our staff, and the responsible party has been addressed. We are very sorry that the incident was enough to drive you away, we strive to treat every customer kindly and as we ourselves like to be treated.
