Thank you Kim for delivering my daughters' birthday cupcakes to them! They loved them and it was a great surprise!
Terrible dry and expensive cupcakes. I bought six cupcakes of different flavors and my kids and husband would not even eat them. They said the cake was too dry and tasted like cardboard. Don't spend $18 on 6 cupcakes here. Krogers and others grocery stores are 100 time better and more moist and flavorful.

This is the only Gigi's I will ever go to, the cupcakes are amazing and the people that work there are so nice and helpful! 5 stars don't do it justice!
They did an amazing job. Staff was great! We had a large order. They looked great and tasted even better. Thank you all so much much! Plus love how many varieties you have to choose from. You will be hearing from our firm again soon!
This location had no communication at all. They Will tell you one thing and then when you go by their word and go back to the store to get what you were told you could get you get told that's not the truth. I called corporate and they told me I would here from the local franchisee. Well its been 3 months and i haven't heard a word. I've had GiG's cupcakes at other locations and they were wonderful, not the experience at this location. Stopped in Saturday afternoon and bought a dozen for a birthday and they were the driest most tasteless cupcakes I've ever seen or tasted. My mother happened to be with me that day so she offered to stop in and see what they would do about it on Monday. (I don't live close to Richmond Road.)
