I love Gigi's. The cup cakes and cookies are delicious. I'm always treated special. I would definitely recommend them if you want to surprise someone with something special.
I just left this business after being told I couldn't order one dozen cupcakes for Saturday. It's Wednesday. She told me she needs further advanced notice. Not helpful at all. I've had Gigi's before and they are good, but their employees at this location need to learn customer care.
My husband and I were ignored while people who came in after us were served, even though I was trying to ask questions before placing my order. If you don't want business, that's fine. This was the first and last time I have stepped foot in here. I will go to Cake, Hope, and Love
Nothing special. Kroger cupcakes are better and cheaper.
I was in town the other day for the Newsboys/Hawk Nelson/Ryan Stevenson concert at Wright State University and I had to find a Starbucks for my mom:) We pulled in to the plaza, saw GiGi's, and had to try it out!!! Absolutely amazing!!!! Best cupcakes I've ever had!!!!! And super awesome friendly staff!!! Thank you!!
Have NEVER been disappointed by ANY of their cupcakes. As type this I'm planning a day trip just to get some. Lol
