Improve cake and icing recipes, make them unique and more falvorful. This place is mediocre and tastes like boxed cake/icing you get at the grocery store.
You can delete your post but the Internet NEVER forgets. When you air your one sided opinion, there's a whole other group you'll alienate. At least own your mistake if you think you made it.

Took my family to GiGi's for a quick family treat. We arrived 15 minutes before they closed and met with a smile. They had about 10 or so different flavor cupcakes to pick from and even a few samples to try. The cupcakes were fantastic and the flavor was excellent! The cupcakes came LOADED with frosting, but it wasn't too sweet (may sound weird, but true). The taste, presentation, and customer service were all 5 stars, the only down side is the limited seating.
I had a terrible customer experience this past weekend. There were three different types of cupcakes available that all looked like white cake with white icing so I asked the lady about the differences. Her exact words were “honestly they train us on some big speech but I have no idea. The birthday one is usually what people buy for someone’s birthday.
