Outstanding work, great prices For more than five years, we have been using Gigi and his team at three properties for new hardwood floors, refinishing of floors and cabinets and servicing our wooden decks. Best Bang For Your Buck! Gigi did an amazing job! I rehabbed my new condo and had the floors refinished. I used an unusual grey stain which was somewhat difficult to apply. It didn't matter to Gigi and his crew, they made it work! They were clean and were in an out. I get tons of compliments and refer Gigi routinely.
answer letter I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with my service,Itake pride in making sure the work I do is beyond satisfactory.I did provide you with specific instructions on how to take care of new hardwood floors and it seemed that those instructions were not followed and you did not take proper care of the flooring installed,so that is why the floor began to "deteriorate".With that being said,I like to make sure the costumers are happy with the quality and services I provide.

Terrible quality, very disappointing!! Terrible quality!! GiGi came to my house and did a new hard wood floor for my 3 bedrooms and hallway in August 2011. The floor looked great for couple months and then it began to deteriorate. The wood floor deteriorated and made my floor very uneven and the wood close to the bathroom door was curled up like a bump.
