I am retired and wanted to downsize from a single family home on the Eastern Shore to a smaller condo closer to my family. My son and daughter-in-law have used Gigi in the past. Gigi set up filters so I could see what was available in my desired zip codes in the County. She then coordinated with my son, his wife and my daughter to view various condos with me via Facetime.
