The hairdresser that helped us (Lindsay) went above & beyond with my daughters appointment, getting her ready for the Enchanted Christmas Ball. She felt like a true princess and Lindsay was amazing. My daughter is bashful, but warmed up to her so quickly because of her sweetness. She even made sure my daughter left with makeup & a tiara. She took time & pampered her and was all around perfect!

I had an appointment scheduled Saturday for my daughter's birthday. We had never been there before and nobody clarified much information to me when the appointment was made. I had a call Thursday from there because the stylist was being checked for COVID and they wanted to reschedule the appointment to 1145. I was okay with that and rescheduled, remind you we have NEVER been there. My daughter was so excited to have her “10th” birthday here. We Did the spa day theme, but it was nothing what i expected it to be. No chocolate cucumber facials, we literally had to tell the “party hosts” what to do, no fairy dust in their hair until we asked, one of the girls didnt even get her nails done, they didn’t use any lotions on hands like a manicure, and their nails and toes were horribly painted. I took my 1 year old son her to get his first hair cut. Jessica done a wonderful job! I am definitely impressed, will be back!
Linsey did a fantastic job! It was our boys first haircut. She was kind, fast, and patient. We will return for another appointment.
Camishia was great. she made payetins day special and made it all about her on her birthday.
