I had an appointment for my disabled son at 9:30 AM at which time I arrived at 9:15 and filled out the necessary paperwork. 2 1/2 hours later, after I was told to sit in my vehicle, I was still not seen as I watched patients walk in and out. I’m not saying the dentist is bad, but whoever runs that office needs to be replaced. Not a phone call, no one came out to tell me they were sorry, no one even said why I had been sitting there for 2 1/2 hours. The dentist and staff were amazing! They went above and beyond for us.
This place is a joke. Can’t every reach them. Been trying to get a physical form faxed to pediatricians office for surgery approved. Second visit to pediatrician and still no form. Tried calling and suppose to be open and their machine says they are closed. Haha would never recommend.
