My experience Joann is that she goes above and beyond to please her customers. On multiples occasions, she has either incorporated items I wanted with an order she was placing for Giggle Gals or she has held items for me until I could pick up. Customer service is exceptional, quality of clothing and other products are excellent, and cost is very reasonable. I will continue to spread the word on my wonderful experience with Giggle Gals!
