So rude, got belittled and not helpful – My parents purchased tickets from LAX to SAL on Flight 529 at 7:37am flight for Oct 14th, 2011 on TACA airlines & were on their way right before the office closed at 7pm. The very next day, my mother noticed that they had put another last name on my father
