I took my asus tuf gaming laptop to Gigabits for some repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The palm rest had some screw holes on the bottom left and right corners from using the wrong screws, so they replaced it with a new one i provided. They also fixed up the screen hinge, which was stiff and noisy, and had a damaged hole for one screw—now they’re both smooth as can be, and no more annoying creaking when I open the screen. I was having issues installing some new components on my PC, so I brought my PC in and Dylan was able to get it all installed and cable managed everything beautifully. Highly recommend their services if you have any computer issues!
(PC works great now, and Windows is activated. I initially thought I paid for a Pro key, but turns out it was just part of the service. The shop responded quickly and offered help appreciated the transparency. The prices for Pro keys are pretty high now so I appreciate it )
Excellent problem solving techniques. Even created work instructions if error occurs again. Great for business large and small, wealth of knowledge.
