2 stars I was scheduled twice recently for an adjustment and a massage. When I arrived for the adjustment they told me the Dr.s weren't in but that they could reschedule my adjustment. I had received notifications for the appointments so I know they had a record of them. previously I had missed a massage due to being called into work last minute. Dr. Terri and Dr Nate are amazing. I’m a regular petient now and I love the way they take good care of me. Also their front office staff Falisha and other members are very nice.
I did not appreciate the way that my account was handled. (Nor do I appreciate that these doctors are Anti-Vaccine...)
I really needed a DEEP tissue massage and I let the massage therapist know that and it really was kind of like a relaxation massage, nice but I needed a lot more pressure!
