Ordered 72 custom mugs and approved GiftAFeeling's mock-up file showing the specific shade of green I wanted. They printed the mugs in a completely different shade. Their explanation: rush orders "do not include proof approval" despite the fact that they sent mock-ups and asked me to approve one, which I did. They claimed "professional judgement" justified choosing a different colour than the one I approved, and faulted me for not providing a PMS code they never requested.
