I recommend you make an appointment with Dr. Gies and his his excellent staff. I went to him after a tooth broke. We spoke, he offered solutions, verified what I wanted, and provided it. I received text message appointment reminders for multiple visits. The equipment used is modern, his staff explains things with easy to understand context, and the hygienist I see has a soft touch. Gies family Dental is the best!
The process was personalized and thorough. The staff made an effort to talk to me and get to know me.
My visit was enjoyable. They promptly informed me that after wearing braces, I was supposed to be wearing my retainer for life. In the past 10 or so years after having braces, do I remember being told that or was it mentioned by my previous dental visits at other locations. I am somewhat fine with my teeth now and do not have alignment issues but I appreciate the fact they told me. Lilly was my hygienist and I look forward to my next appointment.
Dr. Gies and his entire staff are amazing. Dr. Gies genuinely cares about his patients, he is concerned about whether or not you are uncomfortable and he wants to make sure you get the best possible care.
Root canal seemed like a normal cavity filling. Dr. Gies used latest techniques to keep my mouth open with ease. He was friendly and professional.
Dr. Gies was very understanding of my situation. I was very happy with his explanation of everything and his plan to help me and go forward. I am happy to become his patient after my first visit.
