Michelle is an awful women with no morals. She will refuse to give back your security deposit when you move out so if you want it back get a lawyer (I did!) She will also try to make you pay for apartment repairs that you did not damage (god forbid she put any of her own$$ into her apartments). She will lie to your face, she is a horrible landlord. James Gierhart was a pretty cool guy who seemed to care about his tenants, but ever since his wife Michelle took over, it's like living under a slum lord. And she even raised the rent from where he'd had it. There have been bug infestations, leaking pipes, broken windows, etc. She charged my neighbors hundreds of dollars in lawyer fees after she tried to evict them for being a few days late on rent even after she had told them over the phone that it would be alright. The owner, Michelle Gierhart, doesn't care about her tenants. My apartment had not been cleaned by my move in day, I had a bug infestation that their own exterminator refused to do anything about, and although many tenants have pets, she refused to allow me to have one. DO NOT RENT HERE, SHE WILL NOT HESITATE TO EVICT YOU.
