We looked at a lot of apartments when our BSU daughter and a few of her girlfriends decided to move off campus. Gierhart Rentals was the right choice. They totally renovated the apartment building inside and out, and I mean everything. Our questions and repair requests were always taken care of promptly. Very reasonably priced and she walks to all of her classes. Sorry if you rent from someone else.
My experience has been good so far with Gierhart Rentals. At first I was hesitant, having never rented an apartment before. The landlord agreed to renovate the apartment, and it looked awesome when I moved in! The rent is outstanding, especially for the location (I'm across the street from campus). I personally feel Gierhart is an excellent choice, especially for college students like me.

This company doesn't fulfill repairs & keeps security deposits
Michelle is an awful women with no morals. She will refuse to give back your security deposit when you move out so if you want it back get a lawyer (I did!) She will also try to make you pay for apartment repairs that you did not damage (god forbid she put any of her own$$ into her apartments). She will lie to your face, she is a horrible landlord. The worst landlord in Muncie. Nothing short of evil. Stay far away...tell them no thanks no matter how low the rent.
The reviews are accurate this women should retire and sell her homes to BSU.
