I have not yet rented, but my experience communicating with and receiving a tour from Diamond (and Audriana helped too) was very pleasant and easy, worth writing a review about. I have specific requirements for my work from home needs and they worked with me thoroughly to make sure the property addresses it if I end up confirming.

Audriana, Archie, and the Gideon team manage my short-term rental / AirBnB in Gainesville. I recommend them to anyone seeking a management group. For two years before I worked with Gideon, I co-managed my short-term rental with a friend. Gideon Property Services has done a fantastic job managing my property and are very prompt in addressing any questions or concerns that I may have. Their administration staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and am very happy with my decision to work with them!

I highly recommend Archie and Audriana for property sales and property management. They were so helpful, communicative and supportive throughout my buying process. They went above and beyond to find information on properties and to schedule an inspection for me. I can’t say how pleased I was to have worked with them on this journey.
