Audriana and Archie with Gideon Property Management have been wonderful to work with. Great communicators, professional and always on top of things. As a realtor myself taking one of their short term rentals during a relocation between Gainesville and St. Pete, I can really appreciate the professionalism they bring to everything they do. 10/10 recommend.
Got everything I asked for and more! They take care of you nicely
Audriana, Archie, and Gideon Properties was responsive and professional throughout our entire tenancy. We had a great experience with Gideon Properties. The team was helpful and easy to work with, and communication was consistent from move-in through move-out. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and expectations were always clear. We appreciated their professionalism and would recommend them to others looking for a rental. 101/10!!! Thank you guys!!
I have been living at my home that is managed by Gideon for a few years now and I cannot express how much I love these people! They have taken care of me during lots of rough times and they always come through when I need it. No matter the hour, they will always call me back and check on me if something is wrong. Many times, they have gone far out of their way to prioritize mine and my family’s comfort and wellbeing. Honorable mention to my amazing girls- Audriana and Diamond. I love y’all so much!! Thank you a million times... read more
