Audriana, Archie, and Gideon Properties was responsive and professional throughout our entire tenancy. We had a great experience with Gideon Properties. The team was helpful and easy to work with, and communication was consistent from move-in through move-out. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and expectations were always clear. I have been living at my home that is managed by Gideon for a few years now and I cannot express how much I love these people! They have taken care of me during lots of rough times and they always come through when I need it. No matter the hour, they will always call me back and check on me if something is wrong. I have not yet rented, but my experience communicating with and receiving a tour from Diamond (and Audriana helped too) was very pleasant and easy, worth writing a review about. I have specific requirements for my work from home needs and they worked with me thoroughly to make sure the property addresses it if I end up confirming.
