We had our hot water tank fail on a Sunday evening. I contacted Gideon Plumbing first thing Monday morning. I got a quick response and they were able to have someone come by around noon. They arrived earlier than we expected and immediately confirmed we needed a new tank. I was given a firm quote for all the work and they replaced our tank that afternoon. If you are looking for a plumbing company, seriously, look no further. This company was incredibly professional, timely and the most fair priced I got (out of a ton of quotes). I want to emphasize the plumber I got though: Curtis was so incredibly friendly, and so smart at what he was doing. Had a great experience with Gideon Plumbing Victoria! We recently upgraded our shower set to a Delta system, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Curtis, the technician who handled the job on Saturday, was professional, punctual, and clearly knew his craft. He took the time to ensure everything was installed perfectly and left the workspace clean afterward. The new setup works flawlessly and looks fantastic. Highly recommend their services!
