We just just moved into our new home—only three weeks in—when we noticed a strong, unpleasant musky smell throughout the house. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. The plumber came quickly and worked hard to fix the problem. It was as delightful an experience as emergency plumbing can be.
Highly recommend! Excellent service from Josh. He was very patient explaining all the options we had available and worked with me to pick one that made sense for my situation. I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured to do more than necessary. I have quite a bit more plumbing work that I should do and will absolutely be calling Josh back to help with a few important upgrades and a future reno.
